I have seen this old chopper around Paso Robles for years. I have talked with the owner a few times, and he built this bike in his youth in the early 70's (with some add-on's since). He has managed to hold on to the bike over the years, and still takes it out several times a year. This bike is real neat, and still runs a black plate...
